The HiTech BM7 uses an intermittent hibernation mode resulting low power consumption of 1.5mah per hour on average. The annual power consumption is 1.5*24*365=13140mah

To claim under the warranty, customers must contact HiTech Power Solutions upon encountering any product issues and provide proof of purchase for verification. Claims can be made by emailing info@hitechpowersolutions.com.au or accounts@hitechpowersolutions.com.au, or by calling 391238442 during standard Melbourne working hours. Customers must promptly inform HiTech Power Solutions of any defects, malfunctions, failures, or non-conformities in writing upon discovery.
Upon receiving a claim, HiTech Power Solutions will advise the customer on possible solutions and remote rectification methods. If these efforts are unsuccessful, the customer will be instructed to return the faulty product for repairs. If the product cannot be repaired, HiTech Power Solutions will replace it with an identical or reasonably equivalent product. Major failures within the warranty period may also be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
At HiTech Power Solutions, your happiness is our foremost concern. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
