Customers must promptly inform HiTech Power Solutions of any defects, malfunctions, failures, or non-conformities in writing upon discovery. Upon receiving a claim, HiTech Power Solutions will advise the customer on possible solutions and remote rectification methods. If these efforts are unsuccessful, the customer will be instructed to return the faulty product for repairs. If the product cannot be repaired, HiTech Power Solutions will replace it with an identical or reasonably equivalent product. Major failures within the warranty period may also be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
