In cases where wholesale buyers with pre-approved credit have unacceptable credit ratings, HiTech Power Solutions reserves the right to terminate orders, refuse delivery, or suspend further deliveries until payment is received or satisfactory security is provided. The company selects carriers for delivery but does not accept liability for delivery-related issues. Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, and any claims must be filed with the carrier directly.
Buyers are responsible for site preparation, receiving, storing, installing, starting up, and maintaining all products, unless otherwise specified by HiTech Power Solutions. The company may offer services to assist with these functions upon request.
To claim under the warranty, customers must contact HiTech Power Solutions upon encountering any product issues and provide proof of purchase for verification. Customers must promptly inform HiTech Power Solutions of any defects, malfunctions, failures, or non-conformities in writing upon discovery.
Upon receiving a claim, HiTech Power Solutions will advise the customer on possible solutions and remote rectification methods. If these efforts are unsuccessful, the customer will be instructed to return the faulty product for repairs. If the product cannot be repaired, HiTech Power Solutions will replace it with an identical or reasonably equivalent product. Major failures within the warranty period may also be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
