1. Digital display tube
This is four-digit seven-segment digital red digital display tube that can display the
process of battery “ charging voltage, charging current, battery capacity, charging time
and charger temperature”. In automatic mode, the above parameters will be displayed
sequentially cycle, the indicator on the left side of the digital content will also instruct
displayed. During charging if the charger is abnormal, it will display the error code,
error code meaning an appropriate treatment approach

2. Voltage display indicator
This indicator is a red LED, when this light is lit, it shows the current battery charging
voltage in digital display screen. 

3. Current display indicator
This indicator is a red LED, when this light is lit, it shows the current battery charging
current value in digital display screen.

4. Battery level indicator
This indicator is a red LED, when this light is lit, it shows the current battery capacity in
display screen. This value is a percentage value, only as a reference value of the
charging status, this value doesn’t reflect the merits of battery performance. When the
battery is full displayed is 100%

5. Temperature/Time indicator
This indicator is a red LED, this is a dual status indicator lights. When the digital display
screen is digital-clock format, it indicates the current display contents “Charging time”.
When the digital display screen is double-digit format, it indicates the current display
contents “charger temperature”.

6. Display switching key
When the charger is powered mode, press this button to turn digital tube display the
current charging voltage, charging current, battery power, charging time, and temperature of the charger.

7. 7A charging gear indicator
This indicator is a red LED, when this light is lit, the charger automatically executed on
behalf of the current charging process.

8. 12A shift indicator
This indicator is a red LED, when the light is lit, it represent the charger is currently in
maintenance charge mode.

9. 20A gear indicator
This indicator is a red LED, when the light is lit, it represent the current conventional
charger is in charging mode.

10. 30A shift indicator
This indicator is a red LED, when this light is lit, it represent the current is in a fast
charging mode.

11. Current selection key
Press this button to choose between 2Amps to 30 Amps, related to
recommended charge current battery capacity ; selecting too much current to charge the battery of small capacity may affect battery life; and the choice of too small current to the high-capacity battery charging will affect the charging efficiency.

HiTech Power Solutions operates on a strict payment policy, requiring full and complete payment prior to dispatching deliveries, as outlined in their website and/or invoices. This includes all applicable charges such as Goods and Services Tax, Freight charges, and any other specified prices. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of receiving payment, or as advised by HiTech Power Solutions. If an order is not received within 10 days, the buyer is required to notify HiTech Power Solutions via Email. In cases where wholesale buyers with pre-approved credit have unacceptable credit ratings, HiTech Power Solutions reserves the right to terminate orders, refuse delivery, or suspend further deliveries until payment is received or satisfactory security is provided. The company selects carriers for delivery but does not accept liability for delivery-related issues. Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, and any claims must be filed with the carrier directly. Buyers are responsible for site preparation, receiving, storing, installing, starting up, and maintaining all products, unless otherwise specified by HiTech Power Solutions. The company may offer services to assist with these functions upon request.

To claim under the warranty, customers must contact HiTech Power Solutions upon encountering any product issues and provide proof of purchase for verification. Claims can be made by emailing info@hitechpowersolutions.com.au or accounts@hitechpowersolutions.com.au, or by calling 391238442 during standard Melbourne working hours. Customers must promptly inform HiTech Power Solutions of any defects, malfunctions, failures, or non-conformities in writing upon discovery. Upon receiving a claim, HiTech Power Solutions will advise the customer on possible solutions and remote rectification methods. If these efforts are unsuccessful, the customer will be instructed to return the faulty product for repairs. If the product cannot be repaired, HiTech Power Solutions will replace it with an identical or reasonably equivalent product. Major failures within the warranty period may also be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
