This includes all applicable charges such as Goods and Services Tax, Freight charges, and any other specified prices. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of receiving payment, or as advised by HiTech Power Solutions. If an order is not received within 10 days, the buyer is required to notify HiTech Power Solutions via Email. In cases where wholesale buyers with pre-approved credit have unacceptable credit ratings, HiTech Power Solutions reserves the right to terminate orders, refuse delivery, or suspend further deliveries until payment is received or satisfactory security is provided. The company selects carriers for delivery but does not accept liability for delivery-related issues. Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, and any claims must be filed with the carrier directly. Buyers are responsible for site preparation, receiving, storing, installing, starting up, and maintaining all products, unless otherwise specified by HiTech Power Solutions. The company may offer services to assist with these functions upon request.
