Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, and any claims must be filed with the carrier directly. Buyers are responsible for site preparation, receiving, storing, installing, starting up, and maintaining all products, unless otherwise specified by HiTech Power Solutions. The company may offer services to assist with these functions upon request.
