To claim under the warranty, customers must contact HiTech Power Solutions upon encountering any product issues and provide proof of purchase for verification. Customers must promptly inform HiTech Power Solutions of any defects, malfunctions, failures, or non-conformities in writing upon discovery.
Upon receiving a claim, HiTech Power Solutions will advise the customer on possible solutions and remote rectification methods.
