Return Policy

For refunds and exchanges, you must ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. 1. Written authorization must be obtained prior to any returns.
2. 2. HiTech Power Solutions MUST receive the product back within 7 days of purchase.
3. 3. Products must be returned with their original packaging and, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
4. 4. All returns shall be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form which can be submitted online.

Whilst customer satisfaction is first priority at HiTech Power Solutions, no products shall be returned without prior written approval of HiTech Power Solutions.In the event a product been faulty upon delivery or is not as described, HiTech Power Solutions will gladly exchange the item or reimburse the cost of the buyer. However, all returns are subject to Hitech Power Solutions receiving the product back within 7 days of purchase. Products must be returned with their original packaging and, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

All returns shall be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form which can be downloaded from the web site Orders accepted by HiTech Power Solutions may be cancelled by Buyer only with the written consent of HiTech Power Solutions and upon Buyers reimbursement of HiTech Power Solutions for all losses, damages, costs, lost profits and expenses arising from such cancellation. HiTech Power Solutions shall have the right to cancel any order placed, or to refuse, or to delay, the shipment thereof for failure of Buyer to make all payments when due to HiTech Power Solutions, or any other reasonable requirements established by HiTech Power Solutions, or for any acts or omissions of Buyer that delay HiTech Power Solutions performance. In the event of bankruptcy or insolvency of Buyer, or in the event any proceeding is brought by or against Buyer, voluntarily or involuntarily, under any provision of the insolvency law, HiTech Power Solutions shall be entitled to cancel any order then outstanding, at any time during the period allowed for filing claims against the estate, and shall receive reimbursements for its reasonable and proper cancellation charges.

Conditions of Use

All products supplied by HiTech Power Solutions shall be in accordance with the following terms and conditions unless otherwise stated in writing: These Terms and Conditions govern all sales quotations and sales of electronic components and other accessories.

These Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over any terms and conditions which appear on Buyer’s order or other form or any other writing or electronic transmission from Buyer.

Orders and Acceptance of Orders

By submitting an order to HiTech Power Solutions, Buyer agrees to be subject to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. All orders must be submitted in writing (including, without limitation, by electronic mail, via on line store). Where applicable, reference shall be made to a particular HiTech Power Solutions Quotation or Proposal under which they are being submitted. No order shall be binding upon HiTech Power Solutions unless and until such order is accepted (or otherwise processed) by HiTech Power Solutions at its principal office in Somerton, Victoria.

Prices and Taxes

Prices of Products shall be as specified on HiTech Power Solutions then current list price and/or in the HiTech Power Solutions web site, unless otherwise stated by HiTech Power Solutions in writing.

Unless otherwise specified in writing by HiTech Power Solutions, prices quoted in the web sites are EXCLUSIVE of Australian Goods and Services Tax, or other taxes or governmental charges of any nature whatsoever, now or hereafter enacted, or any other fees, bonds or other assessments. All such taxes, governmental charges, fees, bonds and assessments are paid by Buyer unless Buyer provides HiTech Power Solutions with a proper exemption certificate.
