If these efforts are unsuccessful, the customer will be instructed to return the faulty product for repairs. If the product cannot be repaired, HiTech Power Solutions will replace it with an identical or reasonably equivalent product. Major failures within the warranty period may also be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
